Delivery Areas
We deliver chairs across Nepal. Delivery methods vary depending on your location.
Inside Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur & Bhaktapur)
- Delivery Method:
- Orders are delivered by our own in-house delivery team.
- Assembly Service:
- Chairs are delivered and assembled by our team.
- If the customer prefers box-packed delivery for self-assembly, this must be informed at the time of order.
- Responsibility:
- End-to-end delivery and assembly inside Kathmandu Valley are fully handled by Avinya Store.
Outside Kathmandu Valley (Other Cities in Nepal)
- Delivery Method:
- Orders are shipped via a third-party logistics (3PL) courier service.
- Goods are dispatched from our warehouse to the courier office.
- Cargo Slip:
- After dispatch, the courier issues a cargo slip, which is shared with the customer immediately.
- Important Notice:
- Door-to-door delivery is not available outside Kathmandu Valley.
- Goods are shipped to the nearest courier office in the customer’s city.
- The customer is responsible for collecting the goods from the courier office.
- Courier Liability:
- Once handed over to the courier, delivery timelines and handling depend on the courier service.

- 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Other Cities in Nepal
- 2–3 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier route.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, road conditions, or courier delays.
Damage & Transit Policy
- Avinya Store will bear any unexpected damage that occurs during transportation of goods.
- The customer must inspect the product immediately upon receiving it.
- Any damage must be reported on the same day of delivery or pickup.
Proof Requirement
To claim damage, customers must provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
- An unboxing video (strongly recommended)
Failure to report damage with valid proof on the same day may result in the claim being rejected.
Payment Policy
Inside Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur & Bhaktapur)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) inside Kathmandu Valley.
Accepted payment methods:
- Cash
- QR Payment
- Cheque (bulk orders only)
Outside Kathmandu Valley (Other Cities in Nepal)
- Due to the large size of chairs, Cash on Delivery is not available outside Kathmandu Valley.
- Full prepayment is required to confirm orders.
- After payment verification, goods are dispatched to the courier office.

- Bank Transfer
- QR Payment (shared during order confirmation)
Refund & Exchange Policy
Refund Policy
- All sales are final.
- Goods once sold are not refundable.
- Avinya Store does not offer refunds after sale.

We strongly encourage customers to visit our physical store and check the product physically before making a purchase decision, especially for chairs.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests are considered only in special cases.
- The product must be:
- Completely brand new
- Unused, with no signs of wear or damage
- In original packaging
- Exchanges are allowed only for products of higher value than the originally purchased item.
- The price difference must be paid by the customer.
- Exchange approval depends on the condition of the product and management discretion.
