Yes, our chairs have a 1 to 3-year warranty depending on the model.
Do you provide after-sales service?
Yes, we provide after-sales service for our products. You can order with us without any worries for defective/ damaged products. This includes basic support, maintenance, and repairs if needed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfers, and fonepay. We do not accept card payments currently.
Do you offer EMI (Equated Monthly Installments)?
No, we do not offer EMI options.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available only within the Kathmandu Valley

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free delivery within the Kathmandu Ring Road area. For deliveries outside the Ring Road or outside Kathmandu, a minimal delivery charge will apply based on your location.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver orders by the next day from the order date. Outside valley orders might take bit longer time to be delivered as we use 3rd party shipment for shipments outside Kathmandu.
